Founded in 2000 by Shelley and Bill Ludington, Cycle Works has steadily grown its client base and distributor network in Colorado, Minnesota, and California. Headquartered in Lafayette, Colorado, Cycle Works is ideally located in a region with a culture that emphasizes healthy living in harmony with the environment. Shelley Ludington
President/CEO

During her years of experience in start-ups, sales and marketing, Shelley Ludington has proven herself to be an exceptional visionary leader. She has now put her high level of energy, management skills and concern for quality to work for Cycle Works, LLC as the president and CEO.

Shelley held executive positions in newly formed start-ups in high tech industry for more than 13 years. She was with Xerox Connect, $1.4 billion IT consulting integrator. She served as regional director with CompuCom Systems, a billion dollar national systems integrator and Random Access, an $800 million national hardware and service company.

With her dedication and extensive personnel management background, Shelley built two of the nations largest system integration branches from the ground up, recruited and developed more than 300 sales and technical consultants and received national recognition for the highest annual profits year after year.

Adept at sales and marketing, Shelley has a long track record of success at a high level. She has initiated, negotiated and developed multi-million dollar consulting contracts with Fortune 1000 companies including 3M, General Mills, Pillsbury, Marshall Fields and Target Stores. A member of Presidents Club for 10 consecutive years, she has totaled sales revenues of more than $800 million over the past thirteen years.

Shelley has time and again demonstrated her talents in implementing successful companies at all organizational levels. The combination of her strong leadership, ability to take risks and communication skills has allowed her to build Cycle Works, LLC from the ground up and position it as a company ready to make a leap to higher levels. Her openness, dedication and genuine passion are what make it a success.

William Ludington
VP/ Technical Director

William Ludington has a keen understanding of the complexities of managing a business. His ability to work with clients, pay close attention to detail and trouble shoot problems make him a powerful vice president/technical director for Cycle Works, LLC.

A talented designer and developer, Bill has over fourteen years experience designing and building close-tolerance mold components and electrodes. Bill has deep project management experience; he has a history of management responsibilities for companies such as Dynamic Engineering, Bermo, and Alpha Mold West.

Proving himself to be exceptionally skilled as a technical leader, Bill understands the importance of details and the value of his client relationships. His ability to define processes and communicate effectively has allowed him to build an excellent technical team for Cycle Works, LLC, and his love for perfection has inspired Cycle Works to be the best possible company.
